Management
IAN Paradise is a senior assisted living community established by Dr. Abhilash Joseph and Mrs. Rosemin Abhilash, the visionary founders of the IAN Institute of Rehabilitation and Research (IANIRR) in Muthuvara, Thrissur, Kerala. With over 13 years of excellence in the disability rehabilitation sector, the founders have empowered thousands of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through therapy, education, and inclusive employment a commitment recognized with the Kerala State Disability Award in 2022 for Best Private Entrepreneur.
Building on this strong foundation, IAN Paradise represents its next chapter —a specialized, compassionate space for elderly care. The concept goes beyond physical accessibility, embracing a Barrier-Free Life Full of Joy, where residents are free from the everyday worries of health, mental well-being, financial uncertainty, communication challenges, and social isolation.
